Case Study 8-Administration

To quote the recent National Apprenticeship Service advertising campaign ‘Apprentices make things Happen’, this could have been written for Q. At all times progressive, Q progressed through her various NVQ programmes whilst fulfilling the challenging roles of MIS administrator and Recruitment Officer at the Academy.  Recognising her undoubted talent and capacity for a wider role in the business, Q has been promoted to take on a wider remit within MIS administration, working directly for the Finance Director.  Q is an outstanding example to others within her peer group and exemplifies the benefits of apprenticeship progression with style.

Q has achieved Customer Service, Administration level 2 and Customer Service level 3.She has also completed a CLAIT Award. Whilst carrying out a European Computer Driving License, Claire undertook the Prepare to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector qualification (PtLLS). Q has now progressed a Senior Administrator Role   Aspirations are to develop further with a Management Information System role.
